Rules for vouchers and redeeming raffle trips

Terms and conditions for the collection and redemption of gift vouchers and travel tickets won in the TOKS and Eurolines Lithuania competitions:

1. The winner of the voucher or trip agrees to the following terms and conditions for the use of the Voucher. The winner of the voucher or trip undertakes to inform the future prize winner of these terms and conditions when subsequently transferring the voucher or trip to another person.
2. The gift voucher entitles you to choose a trip with Eurolines Lithuania or TOKS (depending on the competition) for the amount or number of tickets specified in the competition.
3. In the event that the holder of the gift voucher purchases tickets for an amount less than the amount stated on the gift voucher, the remaining amount will not be refunded to the holder of the gift voucher (if valid).
4. Winning tickets may not be selected for flights departing more than 90 days after the date of announcement of the winner.
5. If the gift voucher has not been used during its validity period, it shall be deemed no longer valid, no service shall be provided and no refund shall be made (if valid).
6. To book your trip, please contact kokybe@toks.lt. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
7. Please make your reservation at least 7 days before departure.
8. The customer confirms that he/she has carefully read and fully accepts all the terms and conditions before accepting the competition.
9. The holder of a gift voucher who pays with a gift voucher will not be issued a VAT invoice for the services paid for with the voucher (if valid).
10. The travel voucher and the discount code cannot be used at the same time (the voucher is not valid for sale tickets).
